A 33-day vigil for inner vision

For many years, I have used various techniques for attaining a clearer inner vision or a higher direction about specific aspects of my life. I have had some of my most profound spiritual experiences as a result of such vigils or novenas, and I have never performed such a ritual without getting abundant inner direction.

Jesus has asked me to suggest the following vigil as a means to increase your intuition and attain visions and directions from your Christ self and spiritual teacher(s).

You must begin by making a firm commitment that you will perform a set ritual every day for a period of time. This can be 14 days, but if you want maximum results, I suggest 33 days.

You should plan on spending 15-30 minutes each day on this, so you need to incorporate the vigil into your daily schedule. I recommend that you perform the ritual at the same time every day. Depending on who you are, you might do this first thing in the morning or before you go to bed. The time is not important, as long as you can be undisturbed and can stay awake and alert.

You might want to print the descriptions of the rituals mentioned below, and you also need to have a notebook and a pen. I suggest a spiral-bound notebook so you can keep your notes together.

Set aside time every day to perform the following ritual:

Spend at least five minutes, and preferably more, invoking spiritual protection. You can use the affirmation given on this site or another technique of your choosing. Call for the protection of your mind from all outside influences. I have found it effective to ask Archangel Michael to seal my mind from the forces of this world.
After the first day, read what you wrote the previous day. Do not analyze; simply read what you wrote.
Use the technique for inner attunement described elsewhere.
After the exercise of attuning to your Christ self, focus your attention on your heart and write down whatever thoughts, visions or impressions come to you. Do not write this with your outer mind or attempt to interpret or analyze as you write. Envision that you are letting your Christ self write through you. Keep writing as long as you feel that the words flow from within.
Take a little time to read what you wrote and consider its meaning and significance.
Determine how you will incorporate your insights into your life. If you get directions to take certain actions, determine how this can best be accomplished.
Make a simple call to Archangel Michael to seal the session and to protect your vision and your determination to live by your highest vision.

After you complete the vigil, you might want to read everything you wrote and determine how you can use it to improve your life. Depending on the directions you get, you might outline a plan of action or a plan for further study.

You can repeat such a vigil as often as you like. You can even do it daily for an indefinite period of time. I have personally been amazed at the directions I have received through such vigils, and I think you will be too.

Question about the 33-day vigil and how to get accurate answers.

Attunement with the Christ within

Jesus: I am fully aware that this site cannot answer your personal questions. However, I do not intend to leave you comfortless. You have the capacity to commune directly with me. Establishing this communion might take some time and effort. Yet, if you will use the following exercise, the process will be much easier.

The following exercise is a visualization that is designed to help you receive personal answers to any questions you might have. Before you perform this exercise, I strongly recommend that you use an appropriate technique to seal yourself from the energies of the mass consciousness (such a technique is described on the Spiritual protection page).

You must understand that there are many forces in this world that will seek to prevent you from getting true answers. If these forces cannot prevent you from attempting direct communion with me, they will seek to give you false ideas and answers.

You must also realize that there are forces inside your own mind (the enemy within or your carnal mind) that will try to interfere with this communion (for more on the carnal mind, see the Teachings section). These forces will seek to give you the answers that they want you to have. It is a general human tendency that people hear that which they want to hear. You must be aware of this tendency so that you can gradually build the discernment that allows you to see through imperfect answers and know the answers that come directly from me.

A practical technique

The following exercise will be of great help in building discernment and communion.

Go into a quiet room where you can remain undisturbed for some time (at least 10-15 minutes). Seat yourself in a comfortable chair so that you are not disturbed by discomfort in your physical body.
Spend 5-10 minutes sealing yourself from imperfect energies (use the technique described on the Spiritual protection page).
Visualize that the angels of Archangel Michael are surrounding your personal energy field. There are four angels, one on each side. These angels are 12 ft. tall and they carry swords that burn with a bright blue flame. They are fierce and able to protect you from the forces of this world.
Turn your attention to your higher self which is located right above your head. Silently give the following affirmation:
In the name of Jesus Christ, I invoke a wall of brilliant white light around my body, mind and energy field. I accept that this energy seals me from the things of this world. I now invoke a violet flame to burn inside the wall of light and to consume all imperfect energies in my own being.

Allow yourself a few moments to feel that you are completely sealed from the energies of this world.
When you feel at peace, focus your attention at the center of your chest at the height of your physical heart. Visualize that a spiritual flame burns inside your chest. This spiritual flame does not require fuel to burn. It is the unfed flame.
Focus your attention on this flame and allow your attention to enter the flame itself. Behind the flame, you see a doorway. Enter that doorway. As you go through the doorway, you move into a tunnel. As you move forward, you see the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel.
Keep moving forward until you emerge from the tunnel and walk into the light.
You now see that you have entered an exquisitely beautiful garden. The garden is surrounded by tall hedges. It has beautiful flower beds and walkways. In the center of the Garden is a fountain that gently whispers. All over the garden, birds are singing cheerfully.
As you walk into this garden, you feel that the cares of the world are simply falling away from you. The further you move into the garden, the more light and peaceful you feel.
Simply keep walking and allow yourself to feel how the peace and tranquility of the garden absorbs all of your worries and cares. When you feel uplifted and at peace, take a moment to look around.
As you look around, you see two seats carved from stone. Allow yourself to sit down in one seat and make yourself comfortable. Then, focus your attention on your heart and close your eyes. Allow yourself to feel that you are complete at peace in this beautiful garden. In fact, you somehow feel that this is home.
Now imagine that you open your eyes and look at the seat in front of you. To your surprise, you notice that someone is now sitting in that seat. When you look closer, you realize that it is indeed I, your Jesus, who is sitting before you.
Allow yourself to get comfortable in my presence.
Now focus your attention on my heart and allow yourself to feel that my heart radiates an unconditional love for you. Give yourself a few moments to accept that I love you unconditionally.
Then, allow yourself to absorb my unconditional love for you and feel how it consumes everything that is imperfect and unreal. This is indeed the perfect love which casts out all fear and all other imperfect emotions.
While you are seated in front of me and fully absorbed in my love, allow yourself to think back to your situation on earth. Do not allow yourself to be disturbed by any aspect of that situation. Simply bring your situation to your conscious awareness for a moment. Then, look at me again, and in your mind formulate a silent question. Do not ask me what to do about your situation, because you must use your free will to choose what to do. Ask me to show you a greater understanding of the situation, so that you will know what is the right thing to do.
After you formulate the question, send it to me.
Then close your eyes and focus your attention on my love.
Allow yourself to be so absorbed in that love that you forget all the cares of the world.
After some time of being absorbed in my love, your attention might naturally drift back to the question. Simply focus your attention on my heart and listen for an answer. If you do not receive an immediate answer, be not disturbed. Simply focus on my unconditional love and allow yourself to be absorbed in that love for as long as you like.
When you feel you have absorbed what you can, when you feel that your heart has become the cup that runneth over with my love, then visualize that you quietly leave the beautiful garden and walk back through the tunnel.
You are now seated in the chair in your room. Give yourself a few moments to return back to your normal state of consciousness.

In the beginning, you might not get an immediate answer from this exercise. It might take some time before the answer reaches your conscious mind. Simply be alert and try to set aside a few moments every day to listen from within. After some time, be it hours, days or even weeks, the answer will come to you.

Repeat this exercise as often as you like. If you truly want answers about a specific situation, repeat the exercise once a day until you have received sufficient inner direction.

I strongly recommend that you always have a notebook and pen next to you as you perform this exercise. After the visualization, take a few moments to write down any thoughts or insights that come to you. If you will make this part of the exercise, you will be amazed at the directions you will receive.

The purpose of this exercise is to help you attune your consciousness to me. After having performed this exercise for a while, you might feel that you can attain this attunement even during your daily activities. This is good. I desire you to have constant, at-will communion with me.

A novena for getting a clearer vision of your divine plan

Give a novena to me
But from now on, I shall address only those who are willing to go beyond their perception, who are willing to know their divine plans. For I have come with an offer. If you are willing to know your divine plan, then do a novena to me. Use my decree , (there are two decrees to the Divine Director and you can use either one for the novena) give it 14 times a day, listen to this dictation if you will – or listen to just a part of it as you have time – to tune in to my vibration, that is truly flowing as a crystalline structure through these words. Tune in to my presence. Give the decree, and then sit with a notebook and a clean white page, and write down whatever comes to you, whatever comes to you without analyzing, without judging, without evaluating. Write, and let it flow.

If you will do this for 33 days, you will have a different perspective on yourself, on your life, on the spiritual path and on your divine plan. What will be revealed, will be in accordance with your willingness to see beyond your current perception and to recognize the limitations of perception, to recognize the mechanism whereby you need to reach beyond your current mental state, beyond the perception that springs from a higher mental state, that is your etheric, your identity level, outlook at life. Be willing to see that deeper approach to life that you have, and then be willing to see beyond it, to see its limitations, to see that there is a different way to look at life—a Christ way to look at life. A way that is so far beyond the human way that the outer mind cannot fathom it. But the conscious self can experience it, can be one with it, can see through it. And thus, can then express it through your outer mind and your physical body. You can live it, you can co-create that higher reality, but first you must tune in to it and experience it, and know that this is the real you.

And thus, my release is complete, your cups are running over. Some of you, if you are honest, will notice that even some time ago your chakras were so filled that they could not handle any more light, and thus you experienced various kinds of discomforts and you just wanted this to end. There are even those who will not be able to listen to the entirety of this release, for the light will stir up their own substance, will stir up their unwillingness to look beyond their perception, and thus they simply had to stop, for they cannot take it any more.

The school of hard knocks is not a pleasant place to be. We offer you an alternative. If you will take me up on my offer, I will give you a sense of divine direction. But you must be willing to look beyond your desire to have your current belief system, your current world view, even your current perception, confirmed. And I must warn you also that if you will know true divine direction, you must transcend any desire, any need, to use any form of divination, any form of mechanical device that supposedly gives you answers, especially devices or techniques that give you “yes” or “no” answers. For “yes” and “no” should be clearly seen as being in the realm of duality.

But any device, any technique, where you ask questions and seek answers should be recognized as being limited by your questions. And your questions are the products of your current mental state and perception. So how can you ask questions beyond your mental state and perception? The simple reality is that you cannot, and therefore the answers you get through such techniques cannot take you beyond your mental state and your perception. And thus, there is a great risk that they will simply solidify your mental state and your perception, until you believe it is the only form of perception. It is the highest perception, the only truth, and that is when you are truly stuck in a catch-22, where you cannot tune in to anything beyond the mental box that has now become like a bank vault that is impenetrable by anything from the spiritual realm.

I, the Great Divine Director, cannot for very long work with a mind that is not willing to question its perception, but wants mechanical answers from the realm of duality. How can such a mind fathom the crystalline structure that I am, the stream of consciousness that I AM, the soundless sound, produced by the crystalline structure and sent as a flowing stream of consciousness to the entire cosmos?

Ah, this is beyond the music of the spheres. It is a sound so delicate, so beautiful, so moving to those who are willing to attune, that it will lift you up on wings of angels, so to speak, that you will float upwards on that soundless sound, tuning in to ever higher expressions of it, being lifted by it, up through the crystalline structure. You may think for a while that at the top, will be some clearly defined form, some clearly defined being, that is the Great Divine Director. But when you come to the very top, to the very apex of the pyramid, you are no longer looking up. You turn around and you look at the entire structure, and you realize that it is the entire structure that is the Great Divine Director, every level of it, every part of it, for it is a whole, an indivisible whole—and that is divine direction. You may be part of that divine direction, but only if you know pure awareness, know yourself as the nexus between the Creator and its creation.

Divine direction is a flame of such beauty that, untold eons ago, I fell in love with it. I too was an individual being, I too had a localized self-awareness. I was not in embodiment on Earth or even in the material universe, not even in your sphere; it was in a higher sphere. But I had raised my consciousness until I could hear this beautiful sound, like a homing beacon calling me home. And as I meditated upon it, merged with it and followed it, I recognized it as the flame of divine direction, the vibration of divine direction, the stream of divine direction. And I decided that I wanted to know every aspect, every possible expression of divine direction. And so, I merged myself with it, until I transcended the stage of an individualized being and attained the level of consciousness of a cosmic being, holding the office, the flame, the vision of divine direction for an entire cosmos. Yet being able to manifest my Presence at any point in that crystalline structure that stretches throughout the cosmos.

Certainly there are pockets of such density that no being inside of it can tune in to divine direction. Yet divine direction is beyond time and space and is thus everywhere present. You are a conscious self. If you will look beyond your perception and your mental state and tune in to the pure awareness that you are, then that pure awareness can also tune in to divine direction. And you can know me even as you are known by me. For the knower and the known become one in the gnosis that is the oneness between Creator and creation, between the masculine and feminine aspect of God. Where those who are in a Mother realm, in the realm of expression, awaken to know themselves as extensions of the Father. And thus, in them, Father and Mother are one.

Be sealed, my beloved in the gift of divine direction—if you will follow it all the way home. For I am home.

How to ask for guidance concerning your divine plan

So do not come to me and ask me for direction on what specifically you should choose. Instead, come to me and ask me:

“Beloved Great Divine Director, show me your true Presence. I would know your flow of consciousness, I would be one with that flow of divine direction, I would follow that stream of divine direction up through the crystalline pyramid structure that you are, until I may sit on the white cube between Alpha and Omega and thus have the cosmic perspective on my situation on Earth. That I may then see what I do not see now, that I may grasp the real choice, the Christ choice in this situation. The Christ choice that is beyond the dualistic extremes—that I recognize are created by my perception, the perception that springs from my dramas, even colored by the epic dramas of the fallen consciousness. The consciousness of anti-Christ that will make me think that I only have two options, that are both defined by duality. Great Divine Director, part the veil that I may see beyond duality and see truly the clarity of divine direction.”

Overcoming the energy of the accuser of the brethren

No condemnation in the fourth ray of Purity
Can you see how many times in this and past lives you have been tempted to enter a spiral of arguing and counter arguing at the level of words? Can you see that I am not here to get you to feel guilty, to look down upon yourself for having done this. For having done this on Earth is a given. You have the saying that you cannot wrestle with the greased pig without getting mud on you. Well likewise, you cannot wrestle with the greased pig of the collective consciousness on Earth without getting mud on you.

I am the Elohim of Purity. That means I have a pure vision and know the reality on Earth—that it is impossible for any being – no matter what their attainment or their innocence – to embody on Earth without getting dirty, without taking on impurities. You know that Jesus was embodied as King David and that he lusted after a soldier’s wife and that his actions were not pure. Do not come down upon yourself for having entered into a negative spiral, for having taken on impurities, even impure motives.

Realize the reality that there are no impurities on Earth that cannot be purified by the infinite momentum of Purity that I AM. I am not here to condemn you, to judge you, to make you feel down on yourself. I am here to accelerate you, to awaken you, to offer you an alternative to whatever impurities you may have in your being. For I, Astrea, have the momentum, the infinite momentum of purity, that can propel you beyond, that can accelerate you beyond, any impurity on Earth—when you are willing to look at yourself honestly and assess what impurities you have taken in.

And at this particular time, I am here specifically to offer a gift to those, who have taken in the impurities caused by the entire spiral of the accusation of the brethren, the accusatory energies, the accusatory arguments, the accusatory words. I am willing to extend to you the gift of my momentum of being willing to multiply the decrees and rosaries you give to me by a factor determined by your willingness to look at yourself honestly and realistically and assess how much you have taken in of this accusatory energy, how much of a momentum you have of wanting to argue at the level of words, wanting to have the last word on Earth rather than being one with the Word of Heaven.

Thus, I extend you this gift, not only for the rest of this year of the farther, but for the entire coming year of the Son, where I am willing to give you a certain multiplication of your efforts to discern between what is “the Word,” the consciousness of Christ, and the “words” springing from the consciousness of anti-christ, the divided consciousness of duality. This is my offer, this is my gift. You can take it any way you want. It is a gift given in respect for free will. If you still have a desire to experience the endless inconsequential cycle of arguing with other people – splitting hairs over certain interpretations of certain words, going into the classical cycle of “he said, she said” – then I bow to your free will. For you indeed have the right to continue in this state of consciousness until you have had enough of that experience.

And should you decide at any point in the coming year that “I have now had enough, and I now see that this gets me nowhere,” then do not feel that I will condemn you for having taken however long you have taken to come to that point. Simply apply yourself to me in my decrees, the rosary that will be formulated; and open your heart to the Word that I AM—and I will indeed help you.

Should you desire to continue the game of accusation by even accusing this dictation, this messenger, by splitting hairs over what was said and how it was said, then I again respect your free will. And I again say that no matter what you might say against me, against my messenger, against my release, against my words, I will never condemn you. I will hold the pure vision. I will hold the pure love, and at whatever time you decide that you have had enough of this game of accusation, I will receive you with the open heart of the Mother of the fourth ray, the Elohim of the fourth ray.

For you see, I hold no grudges. I condemn no one, for I have no need to. For you see, I am an ascended being. I have no need to accuse anyone on Earth. Why do I have no need to accuse? Because I am not threatened by anyone on Earth, by any energy on Earth, by any idea, concept or argument formulated in words. I am not threatened, and therefore I do not need to accuse and I do not need to defend. I do not need to point the finger at any particular individual, for I am an ascended being and thus I have accelerated my being beyond the accusatory energy of the fallen beings.

Know the difference – if you are willing – know the difference in vibration. And then, if you are willing, take up my offer, so that you might accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity!

Notice your reaction to these words, for the energy that is coming at you is not an accusatory energy, but it is an energy of purity that will stir up the darkness that is in your own being. And thus, you might even perceive – through your polluted perception – my energy as being threatening or being this or being that. But know this: if you will honestly look at your reaction, you will be able to see what it is that prevents you from getting out of the downward spiral and entering the ascending spiral of purity. And thus notice, if you are willing, your reaction. And if you are not willing, go in peace as I say:
Accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity, accelerate into purity!

A technique for controlling sexual urges

This technique was given by Jesus

As stated in many places on this website, science has proven that everything is made of energy. Your energy field has certain centers, often called chakras. When you express mental or emotional energy, you express it through these energy centers. One of the energy centers is located at the base of your spine at the same height as the genitals. In esoteric teachings, this is often called the base chakra.

When you are exposed to suggestive energies from the outside, this energy often enters your base chakra and pollutes it. The desires of your carnal mind can also pollute your base chakra. This can cause the base chakra to be miscolored, and for many people this chakra radiates red or orange light. If the base chakra is pure, it radiates pure white light.

When you feel a physical stimulation, that stimulation begins in your base chakra. The chakra begins to spin and to radiate misqualified sexual energy which then arouses your physical organs. In other words, physical arousal always begins with energy in the base chakra. If you want to sublimate the spiritual energy, you must cause the energy to rise from the level of the base chakra to the energy center in the middle of your chest, often called the heart chakra.

I suggest the following visualization:

As soon as you feel any kind of sexual stimulation, make an immediate decision to stop the energy from flowing into you sexual organs.
Focus your attention on your base chakra and visualize that it begins to spin more quickly so that it throws off all imperfect energy and begins to radiate pure white light. To help with this visualization, you might visualize myself or my blessed mother, the Virgin Mary, over your base chakra. Certain Ascended Masters are associated with certain types of spiritual light, and Mother Mary is working with the white light, also called the Mother Light, of the base chakra. Therefore, she is more than willing to help you sublimate sexual energy.
When you feel that your base chakra is radiating white light, visualize that the white light rises up to the heart chakra and is expressed through that chakra as the pink light of love. You might visualize your heart chakra as a pink rose with 12 petals. The rose spins and radiates a beautiful, soft pink light.
Focus your attention on a spiritual being, be it God, Mother Mary, myself or another spiritual being of your choice, and send this intense love towards the spiritual being.
Visualize that you make contact with the spiritual Master and establish a figure-eight flow between yourself and the Master. You are raising the energy from your base chakra to the level of your heart and sending that energy to the spiritual Master. The Master is then sending the energy back to your heart chakra where it connects in a figure-eight flow to your base chakra.
Visualize this figure-eight flow between yourself and the Master until you feel that all impure energies have been purified.

Once you begin to practice this technique regularly, it will become almost automatic. You can do it anywhere in a few seconds, and you will be amazed at the results. However, no spiritual technique works against your free will. Therefore, you must begin by clarifying your attitude towards sex and by making a firm inner decision about your relationship to sex. This is a decision that only you can make.

Visualization for overcoming all negative emotions

This visualization was given by Jesus.

You have been brought up to see me as an idol who is so far above and beyond you that you cannot approach me and relate to me as you relate to a good friend. One of my desires for this website is to help people overcome not only the idolatry but also the sense that I am so far above and beyond them that they cannot relate to me.

Therefore, I am asking whether you are willing to let go of this sense of idolatry or distance between you and I?

If you are willing to let go, please take a few moments to center in your heart.

Visualize that you take your fears, your sense of separation from me and your idolatry of me and cram them into a small ball.

Then visualize that I am standing in front of you and my sacred Heart is a blazing fire that consumes all unlike itself.

Now decide that you are willing to give up this ball of imperfect thoughts and feelings, and then toss the ball into the flame of my heart, where it will be instantly consumed.

NOTE: You can use this visualization to get rid of all negative thoughts and feelings. The key is that you must be ready and willing to let go of them, or the fire of my sacred heart cannot consume them.

Tuning in to the Presence of the Buddha

Looking at your universe through the vision of the Buddha
For you see that even though we talk about fallen beings and dark forces, we know – and we desire you to know – that they have no ultimate reality. I know that this can be difficult to grasp for some of you. For in the parallel universe in which your mind is currently focused, they seem to be very real and they even seem to have power over you. But that is where I can offer my assistance, if you will only spend a little bit of time and attention tuning in to my Presence.

Do not fall prey to the temptation to turn this into an elaborate ritual. Simply create a very simple visualization in your mind of you sitting under the Bo tree with the presence of Gautama superimposed over you. And then ask me to show you how your parallel universe looks from my state of consciousness, or at least from the state of consciousness right above yours, so that you may grasp it and free yourself from the illusion that this Mara is real and has any power over you. This will require you, my beloved – as Jesus expressed – to tune in to the silence, the silence within.

My beloved, how many of you as children played with a top, a spinning top? Probably all of you did, or at least you know how it works. It spins around on its axis, and when you look at the periphery of the toy, you might focus on a particular point on that periphery, and it is constantly spinning at great speed, never standing still. But that point is on the periphery of a circle, and the circle has a center. And my beloved, no matter how fast the point on the periphery is spinning, the point in the center is always standing still, is it not?

And so you see, from a surface perspective, things on this planet may seem very confusing and chaotic. But that is because your attention is focused on the surface of the Earth, which is indeed spinning around at thousands of miles per hour. So direct your attention to the axis, to the center, and realize that no matter how much turmoil is going on on the surface, there is a point within that is always standing still. And in that stillness you can find your own center, and there you will find me—for I am the center for all life on Earth. That is my office as “Lord of the World.”

Thus, I sit in complete peace and Oneness, and although I see the surface appearances – although I see the demons of Mara in their distorted form – I see beyond them and see that everything is made from the Ma-ter Light. And the Ma-ter Light is the Buddha Nature. It is so one with that Buddha Nature, that it is longing to out-picture the perfect images that are stored in that Buddha Nature, as an infinite potential to express creativity in a way that raises up all life, rather than raising that separate self.

Forget not the point of stillness
May you, then, all be sealed in the Buddha’s peace. May you remember the point of silence that never moves, no matter how chaotic circumstances may be around you. Even sometimes within your own energy system, there may be disturbances. But if you will think and look beyond them, you can find that point of stillness—eternal, unconditional stillness that no condition on Earth can disturb.

And when you stand in that center, you can simply watch the circumference of the circle spinning around. And you can then see where you need to step in, in order to stop the spinning or slow it down. For when you are in stillness, you have power to stop anything that is spinning on Earth—for you are one with the greater power that is beyond Earth. This is what has been denied by the false teachers of Earth, who want to make you believe that either there is no greater power or it can be expressed through only one person—who unfortunately is no longer on Earth. Believe it not, but prove my words by remembering your center of stillness.
